Collect an image of each computer you designate, and at intervals that work best for you
Your images will be password protected at the time of creation and the password will not be known to us.
Encryption of images is required. We want you to know that we can't see your data.
The hard drive containing your images will be stored in a bank safe-deposit box.
At our option, we may require space to place a “collector computer” in your office that will, at the intervals you require, collect an image.
We will regularly remove the hard drive and transport it to secure storage.
Your data will be stored in a bank vault for one year. Subsequent images of the same computer will supersede previous images and the
1-year clock will be restarted.

An account will be established for you and any people you designate
We will install all required applications and shortcuts on all covered computers and brief you and your designates on procedures for use
of WebDavConnection*
Your data will be accessible from any internet-connected computer, globally
SSL (secure socket layer) protects your data during uplink and downlink
Individual file size transfer is limited to 150 mb

*WebDav: Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning. The folders on webservers can be shared for the client side applications by WebDAV protocol. When shared they can be reached like they were on a local hard drive: files can be up and downloaded within seconds. All this is done by HTTP protocol through port 80 locally or through the internet. The communication is going through the standard port 80, so it can be used on practically every traffic-regulator (proxy, firewall, router) without any additional configuration.
